By purchasing CES, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use the product.
CES (Claude Efficiency Stack) is a digital software toolkit — a Python-based process-level enforcement layer for Claude Code sessions. It includes a loop runner (claude-loop), Stop/Turn/Pre-tool hooks, a 177-item stress-check suite, and CLAUDE.md configuration templates.
A one-time purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to install and use the product on your own development machines.
In no event shall CES or its operators be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use of the product, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the product is capped at the amount you paid for the product ($49 for solo; $39 per seat for team).
EU consumers: Mandatory consumer protection rights under EU law are not affected by this limitation.
CES and all associated content are owned by its operators. Your license is limited to the rights expressly granted in these Terms. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
Lifetime updates are included for founding-tier purchasers. We reserve the right to modify the product at any time. We will not remove core functionality that was present at the time of your purchase without reasonable notice.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator is established, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions.
EU consumers: Mandatory consumer rights, including the right to bring disputes before the courts of your country of residence, are not waived by this clause. The EU Online Dispute Resolution platform is available at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
US users: Any disputes not resolved by direct contact shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of a recognized arbitration body, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and CES regarding the product, superseding any prior agreements.
