CES is a digital software toolkit delivered immediately upon payment. Due to the immediate digital delivery nature of this product, all sales are generally final.
If CES does not intercept a single Claude Code false done-claim during your first 7 days of real use, contact us at hello@ces.sh for a full refund — no form, no questions. You keep the tool regardless.
This guarantee exists because we are confident the tool works as described. If you have been using Claude Code for more than two weeks, you have already experienced the failure mode CES addresses.
If you experience a technical failure preventing access or installation within 48 hours of purchase, contact hello@ces.sh for a full refund. Include your order reference from your Stripe receipt.
EU and UK consumers have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from digital goods purchases. This right is waived when you explicitly consent to immediate delivery before download begins. A withdrawal waiver checkbox is presented at checkout, as required by EU Directive 2011/83/EU.
If you did not provide this waiver and request withdrawal within 14 days of purchase without having accessed the digital content, we will process a refund in accordance with applicable law.
Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. Dispute resolution follows Stripe's standard process. We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback — we will resolve legitimate issues promptly.
